Sometimes, things get tough on course or in the ring, but you just got to keep on going.

TOO MUCH FUN
We went to our first show, OCIEL #2! We did the flat section both days in freshman! I placed 11th in hunters and eq on Sat, and 4th in eq and 12f in hunters on Sun. We weren't at all expecting the fourth considering I walked RIGHT INFRONT OF THE JUDGE! But I ain't complaining :) . We started jumping crossraills and already doing like 1'6" gates! This is so exciting! We are still searching for the perfect equitation 3' horse. We looked at some great horses, but they A) didn't pass the vet check, B) stopped or bolted, or C) didn't match. But they will all find an owner that loves them and cares for them the way they way they should be. GOD BLESS YOU HORSES (STELLA, REMI, CARTOUCHE, CUBA, NERO, OLIVER)! We have other options that as soon as it STOPS RAINING we will check out! Love yourselves, the world, and your family! #prayfornewtown #hugyourfamily

Ethica: My baby-boy
Ethica, my amazing wonderful gorgeous hanoverian gelding (12), will soon start jumping again. He is once again 100 percent sound. His sole was too thin when we bought him, so every time I jumped him, his bone would hit the ground and he'd constantly be getting lame. Now that his sole is thicker, he will be able to jump after we go to our FIRST SHOW in a long time. I'm so excited! My wonderful boy is doing flat lessons with my jumping trainer and dressage lessons with my dressage trainer. He is being so much fun to train! I know I haven't posted in a long time and I might not post for a while anymore but I am thinking bout ya'll! HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAYS!!!!!

I got reserve champ at ETI on Harley! That big silly bug! So happy! He is sensational! I swear that horse tries so, so hard. So that's just fine and dandy. Everybody's getting ready for Portuguese Bend. So exciting.
Had an interesting lesson today... but I learned something. And if I am learning it the hard way, at least I am still learning. Now I know what I need to improve on, I have a mission to finish. But hey, what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. THINK POSITIVE! XD :D (<life)!

ETI on Harley
I am so happy. I'll be paying for ETI (my mom will be paying to lease the horse I'll ride, though), a local competition which is lots of fun. Sadly, it is official the Ethica will have to retire from jumping which is why I and my entourage (might've said this before) will make a great little dressage horse and fun to ride on the trails. For now, I am leasing Harley (Hennessey), a cute little bay who I will take to ETI. Then we'll start getting ready for Portuguese Bend which I'll ride Rocky (Palermo) in. This is gonna be.... splendid. Jk, lolz. This is gonna be great. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
SO EXCITED BECAUSE MY BSFLADAATM+RFSCCESWMFASMWTGHTGTTBASITSCWPHC (Best Sisters For Life And Death And All Things Morbid + Rollercoaster,Fairs, Sickness, Cotton Candy Eating, Super Weirdos, Mega Freaky, Airport Scene Makers, With The Geebie Heebies, That Go To The Beach And Swim In The Super Cold Water, Pie Hating Companions) are coming to LA. Excited for... Life
I am excited.. for Life. Because Life happens. It possesses our will and drive. Only a few people are strong enough to fight the simple and easier current of people who let Life happen. Life carves a path for you which is viewed as normal, obsolete, and simplistic. I am not someone to let others make a decision for me. I carve my own path. I believe in God, but not the catholic god, or the muslim one. Not just a God. Or the God. I believe in my God. In my mind he has best intentions and will want to help me. He is Life. He has carved a path for me that is easier, but I am trying to carve my own path. My God will say, "Don't do that, work for something else which is closer." And no matter what anybody says I will do what I want. Because Life happens. You can get carried away and fall into the ever-growing current of dreamers, or you can turn around and walk the other way. Carve your own path. And, even though Life has stopped for a moment to carve your path for you, what it wants is for you to carve your own path.
For all it's worth I might be following the path my God and Life have come together to make for me. Maybe I should do something non-normal. Something Extraordinary. But any difficulties that come to me I will fight against, I will go back and carve a new branch in the road. So instead of going back and becoming one with the current, I'll make another part of my path.

So..... :D!!!!!!!!!!
I think that explains it ALL!!! I wish life could be explained by a happy face. But it can't. But it can be explained in TWO happy faces : :D XD !!!!! 'Nuff said on that!
Excited for.... life. Not sure if I will do ETI due to having to pay for it by my self..... DECISIONS DECISIONS!!! Oh well. Ethica is doing fine and it looks like I'll start saddle walking (walking while riding him) him next week. That's good that my baby boy is on the way to recovery. Once he's completely back to walk, trot, canter. My entourage of great trainers, barn buddies (for lack of better word to say), and family will be training my boy to be a nice dressage horse and good on trails. EXCITING!!!!!
Everyday I work on taking better and better pictures and they are improving in quality. I just wish I had a better camera :P. Oh well (that's becoming like my motto these days).
DID I MENTION I WILL START LEASING HARLEY? He's this adorable little bay horse (not quite sure what breed) with the cutest jump and a fun stride. While I don't get a horse to jump and show on, Harley will be my boy. That's some news.

HEY GUYS!!!!
I was at a sleep away summer camp and I got back yesterday!!! Well Ethica has been a little lame for a while. He's recovering again now, and feeling much better. BUT this lameness has sealed the deal, and we'll be buying a new horse. My family and I have decide to lease him out someone, but while he is recovering and I still have no eq horse, then I will most likely be leasing Murphy, C(K)ris's horse.
Whichever way, today at 1I'll be trying Murphy out. I'm so excited to be going back to the barn. I'm saving up to buy a new camera. I'll post some different horse pictures I've taken. Soon I might be joining Pony Photography, Owned and founded by Sofia Santos, an amazing rider and photographer.

In the mood
I am extremely bored. I'm leaving summer camp tomorrow but right now I have nothing to do. I'll just cute/funny/inspiring pictures for lack of better things to do.
But, update: My parents visited me when I felt homesick, and they brought me homemade food. The cafeteria is the most disgusting thing ever.Went to the bookstore, expensive.
That's about it!

Hello!!! Well that was exciting!!!! I just spent two weeks in MONGOLIA!!!!!
My family and I went with National Geographic Expeditions, it was great!!! I met some interesting characters and saw amazing sights!! It was just a life-changing experience!!
The Mongol Empire was a gigantic country ruled by the Khaan, or king. The Khaan that took control of many major trade routes and "modernized" Mongolia was Chinggis Khaan (commonly and incorrectly spelled Genghis Khaan). The Mongolians achieved this through horseback. The horse was their pay-way to conquest. Mongolians invented the stirrups which made them able to do things they couldn't have done before. This made the Mongolians a truly terrifying enemy, not to be opposed.
We went to the steppes of Gun-Galuut nature reserve for 3 day where we rode horses, went on great hikes, and took amazing pictures! We stayed in a GER, or FELT-LINED YURT!!! HHEHEHHEH!!! We also went to the Gobi desert! We saw and hiked the sand dunes, rode bactrian camels (two-humped), went to Yolyn-Am (a valley/canyon with ICE in it), and the Flaming Cliffs (one of the most important paleontological sights ever)!!! The nomads of Mongolia are extremely kind and welcoming people who take great pride in their beautiful country and are preserving it well.
It was all great fun, and to top it off, we went to the Naadam Festival!!! Naadam is an old holiday but became an official holiday as the day of the People's Revolution from communism (screw you Stalin). Naadam's main sports are the "three manly sports", which disregard what gender you are of other than wrestling, which are wrestling, archery, and horse-racing. Over the years, Naadam has come to include few other sports but the sports above are the main ideas. Below I have a few photos and I'll be posting some pics later! Hope you enjoy and consider Mongolia your next destination spot!

Quick History of China
The Chinese Monarchy grew over 2000 years but never was a prosperous an happy time for China. The Chinese Revolution ended the monarchy system, and Communism to control of China. The period until The Communist government is overthrown will be a bittersweet one for Communism helped China prosper immensely but Chinese citizens have not many fair rights. Hong-Kong was part of England as a colony from 1841 to 1997, when England gave back Hong-Kong. Part of Hong-Kong was on a 99-year lease and the rest was already owned/colonized by England. When the Hong-Kong lease was over, it was only reasonable for England to give up the rest since England was economically, financially, and militaryily exhausted because of the Second World War. China has been somewhat prosperous and safe and is doing pretty well on economical terms.
Heyo
China has been pretty cool so far! I bought a jade bracelet and a little clossiene (enamel) horse! This is so exciting! Somethings I could skip, like the Forbidden City (have you seen the line?)! Beijing, China is a very clean city but is always hazy because of pollution. We went to the Great Wall and yesterday we went to a crumbling city named Chanduxia, which is over 500 years old, which is older than the U.S.A.! Quick history lesson on the age of the U.S.A.: If you consider the signing of the Declaration of Independence the birth of the U.S. then it is 229 years old, if you consider the making of the Constitution and putting rules in place, then the U.S. is 216 years old. But if you consider when England released the U.S. from its ownership, then the U.S. is 222 years old.
